Every Happiness Card Ideas with Simon Says Stamp
Two cheerful card designs featuring bright florals, sweet critters, and easy ways to add texture, dimension, and sparkle.
Hi crafty friends! Today I’m sharing two cards featuring the new Every Happiness release from Simon Says Stamp. I created one card with a bright floral frame and shaker-style sparkle, and another with the sweetest tea-themed critters layered over a stenciled background. Both designs are playful, colorful, and perfect for sending a little happy mail.

Card One: Leafdance Flowers Shaker Card
For the first card, I used the Leafdance Flowers die to create a bright floral frame around the edge of the card. I love how this die gives you lots of movement right away, with the flowers and greenery naturally wrapping around the open space in the center.
I started by die cutting the floral frame from white cardstock, then colored the leaves and flowers with bright shades of green, purple, blue, and yellow. I kept the coloring simple but added a little extra shading toward the base of the petals and leaves so the pieces would feel more dimensional. The yellow flower centers are such a happy little pop of color.
Behind the floral frame, I added a soft blue background. The color is strongest along the left and bottom edges and fades toward the center, which helps highlight the white space around the sentiment. I also added a flat front shaker behind the frame for a fun detail. It adds movement and sparkle without taking over the design.
I stamped the sentiment “Hope this brightens your day” from the Forest Forage in Summer stamps in black ink on the open white space. The simple placement keeps the focus on the flowers while still giving the card a sweet, encouraging message. This would be such a lovely card to send when someone needs a little lift.
Card Two: Coffee with Friends Best-Tea Card
For the second card, I used the Coffee with Friends set to create a cheerful friendship card. The little fox and mouse are so cute, and I love how the sentiment turns the whole scene into a playful “thinking of you” card.
I started by creating the background with the Bellflower Blossoms stencils, using bright blue, yellow, and green inks. I kept the colors fresh and cheerful, and I let the pattern fill the whole panel so the card would feel like a happy little café wallpaper moment.
Next, I masked, stamped, and colored the critters. I used warm browns for the counter, bright oranges for the fox, warm grays for the mouse, and pops of teal and pink on the cup and accessories. Once everything was colored, I fussy cut the image out and popped it up on foam tape in the center of the stenciled panel.
The sentiment “I miss you best-tea!” was stamped on a white strip and added below the image. I love how the black sentiment grounds the scene and gives the card a clean finish. A few small gems scattered around the background add just the right amount of sparkle and help tie everything together.
These two cards were so much fun to make, and I love how the Every Happiness release works for both sweet friendship cards and bright encouragement designs. Whether you love florals, cute critters, or a little shaker sparkle, there are so many ways to play.
