February’s kit is almost here!

So, let’s talk about the card magic! I dived into the premium February kit and whipped up a card that’s all about elegance and sparkle. First off, I added some sparkle using Hero Paste Glitter through a sunny stencil. Once that glittery goodness dried, I ink-blended Cotton Candy and Raspberry Jam Core Inks around the edges – creating a dreamy, romantic background.
Adding a touch of fancy, I popped up some of the gorgeous floral ephemera from the kit. Not gonna lie, these little floral bits brought some serious dimension and botanical charm to the scene. For the heartfelt part, I stamped a sweet sentiment using Intensified Black Ink, making sure it was front and center.
Everything is always in the details, right? Taking that to heart, I cut out my sentiment with a circle die. Then, I grabbed a slightly bigger circle die and cut out a piece of Plum Hero Hues Premium Cardstock. I glued the plum circle to the back of the stamped sentiment circle, then popped the whole thing up in the middle of the card using some foam tape. Voila! The sentiment becomes the star, and the card gains so much depth and dimension.

The flower’s really make the card pop. I think I need to purchase some paste and try it out because it really makes a beautiful background.
Lovely card! I really enjoyed the glitter paste background and the way it was highlighted by the Raspberry Jam & Cotton Candy ink. The floral elements really complimented the central sentiment very nicely.
