The Easiest Way to Make a Shaker Card

Learn how to create clean and modern shaker cards in seconds!

Shaker cards are always a crowd-pleaser, but they can sometimes feel a little fussy with all the foam, acetate, and layering involved. In today’s video, I’m sharing my favorite no-fuss method: making a shaker using a cellophane bag!

This approach is beginner-friendly, mess-free, and perfect for mass-producing—plus it gives a super smooth shake that feels just as satisfying.

In the video, I’ll show you how to:

  • Turn a clear cello bag into a sleek, sealed shaker pocket.
  • Use any die cut (like this cute Halloween pup) as a focal point.
  • Finish your card cleanly—no foam tape needed!

This project is easy to customize with your favorite patterned paper, background ink blending, or sentiment stamps. I kept my version clean and modern with a touch of shine—and of course, that satisfying shake.
