Here are the two cards I created using the kit and minis!

Do Not Disturb, I’m Reading – Card Kit of the Month

Hero Studio November 2025 Card Kit of the Month

For my first card, I used the Happy Place Die Set to create this sweet book-lover’s scene. I die cut all the pieces from Seaside, Waterfall, Bellini, Coral, Classic White, Beeswax, Fawn, and Truffle Cardstock, then assembled them with liquid glue.

To make the sentiment pop, I stamped “Do Not Disturb” from the Whole Studio Bonus 3×4 Stamp & Cut using Peony Core Ink. I added it to the front of the open book, along with the “I’m Reading” sentiment at the bottom.

I layered a piece of Seaside Cardstock (5¼” x 4″) over an A2 Classic White base to create a soft border, then popped up the book scene with foam tape. A few die cut daisies scattered around finished the design. I love the peaceful, cozy vibe of this card. It’s perfect for any book lover!

End of Story – Layering Stencils of the Month

For my second project, I combined the On the Shelf Layering Stencils and One Page at a Time Stamp & Cut for a clean and modern bookish design. I ink blended through each stencil using Mist, Arctic, and Aquatic Core Ink to create the patterned bookshelf background.

I trimmed the panel to 5¼” x 4″ and mounted it on Waterfall Cardstock. Then I stamped one of the main images from One Page at a Time in Intens-ified Black Ink and colored it with alcohol markers before die cutting it.

To frame the sentiment, I cut two arches using the Arches Infinity Dies—one in Classic White and one in Waterfall—and layered them together with foam tape. Last, but not least, I added a few Aquas Hero Hues Enamel Dots for shine!

This design is clean, fresh, and perfect for celebrating the book lovers in your life.

  1. I like the flowers surrounding your reader, like she is reading in the meadow or something. I also like the blue bling dots you added to your second card.
