I am kicking off the New Year with the unveiling of Hero Arts’ My Monthly Hero January Kit! Available in both Classic and Premium versions, this kit promises a celebration of love and artistic expression. Alongside these kits, Hero Arts introduces a captivating collection of add-on products, each designed to complement the main theme of the release. As part of the release festivities, I’ve crafted three unique cards—two showcasing the kits and one featuring the add-on products. First, let’s take a look at the amazing new kits!

Card One
Utilizing the Classic Kit and adding a touch of Premium, this card began with the Layering Floral Background Stencils. Ink blending with Azalea Core Ink on different parts of the stencils created a vibrant foundation. The panel was then die-cut using the coordinating Heart Window Frame Cut, reserving the heart for the next creation. A sentiment from the Love Messages Clear Stamp Set, embossed in white on Azalea cardstock, found its place in the center of the heart. The stenciled background was elevated with foam tape, adhered to a card base, and adorned with dots of the Sparkle Clear Lacquer Pen for a dazzling finish.
Card Two
Continuing with the Classic Kit and Premium elements, the focal point for this card was the heart saved from the previous creation. Popping the floral heart up on an A-2 sized card base using foam tape set the stage. The word “LOVE,” die-cut using the Love You Fancy Dies in both white and black cardstock, added a striking contrast. The white die-cut, slightly offset to create a black shadow, was glued to the center of the heart floral. Dots of the Sparkle Clear Lacquer Pen added a final touch, creating a card radiating love and elegance.

Card Three
I used some of the gorgeous vintage styled add-on products to create my third card. The Ode to Andy Warhol Script Bold Prints set the stage, with a background inked in Peony Core Ink. I love the softness of this pink! The Vintage Birdcage Fancy Dies stole the spotlight, as two meticulously colored birds, a perch, and hearts added dimension. White glitter paper and a sentiment from the Love Bird & Friends Stamps and Dies completed the sweet card. This vintage-inspired creation will be perfect to send to one of my favorite galentines!

All 3 cards are amazing, but I have to say that my favorite is the third one. The Ode to Andy Warhol stamp in that sweet color just caught my attention right away. I’m going to have to have that one, lol.
