Altenew Perfect Mate Stamps and Sunset Horizon Builder Stencil Set

To kick things off, I dove into stenciling a cool checkerboard pattern using the Sunset Horizon Builder Stencil Set. Then, I got crafty with the Perfect Mate Stamps and Dies, cutting out multiple checker pieces from white cardstock. Using the die-cut negatives as a guide, I stamped an array of checkers in Easy Breezy and Ride the Wave Fresh Dye Ink.

After adding a playful sentiment just below the stenciled checkerboard, I sized down my stenciled panel to 1/4″ smaller than an A2 card and layered it onto a black cardstock piece, leaving a sleek border. Popping up the checkers with foam tape for that extra oomph, I finished off with a dash of black splatter for a touch of flair.

Altenew Modern Circles Builder Stencil Set

While it didn’t make it into the video, I whipped up a bonus card using some of Altenew’s latest releases. Starting with the Modern Circles Builder Stencil Set, I went to town with ink blending using Oolong Tea, Matcha Tea, and Berrylicious Fresh Dye Ink.

Trimming the panel to fit an A2 card base, I stamped three matching modern circle stamps from the Sunny Sentiments Stamps and Dies in coordinating hues. Placing them strategically along the left edge, I added white enamel dots to the centers for a polished touch.

Wrapping it up, I stamped and die-cut a heartfelt sentiment, nestling it snugly on the right side.

Mastering masculine cards doesn’t have to be daunting! With the right techniques and a dash of creativity, you can create stunning cards that perfectly capture the essence of masculinity. Whether you’re experimenting with stencils, layering stamps, or incorporating bold colors, there’s no limit to what you can achieve. So, don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and try something new. With a little practice and a lot of heart, you’ll be crafting impressive masculine cards in no time. Happy crafting!
